Applied AI Engineering collects the minimum data needed to run a free newsletter: your email address, subscription status, signup source, confirmation state, and basic engagement events.

What is stored

The system stores subscriber records in Supabase, syncs confirmed contacts to Resend for delivery, and records newsletter events such as signup, confirmation, bounce, unsubscribe, issue feedback, and CTA clicks.

How email is handled

Resend is used for confirmation emails, contact management, broadcasts, and unsubscribe handling. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights may be used to understand page traffic and Core Web Vitals. First-party newsletter events are stored to evaluate content quality and list health.

Data requests

To request removal or correction of newsletter data, contact the publication owner at the email address listed in the newsletter footer.
